I got a new house and needed a home inspection to close the deal. A friend of mine introduced Bernardo Guerra to me and it was fantastic, he is a very professional and objective inspector, fluent in English and Spanish, he was very detailed and specific in ponting the particular issues we had to take care of on this new house.
