I am so happy that I found KH Davis Engineering. I had been looking for a structural engineer to provide a report for me for brick cracking and structural issues that had been discovered during a bathroom renovation. Jomar, KH Davis came to take a look and provide an assessment. He was courteous, friendly and professional. He also provided me with a bit of advice on how to proceed with the project. Thank you, Jomar! I will definitely call KH Davis for upcoming projects.

I called Mr. Rooter for one problem, and at the last minute I asked my spouse to have the plumber check on another problem while there. Rick came first thing - for which I am grateful, and told my partner what required more immediate attention, and what needed to be done and what could wait a little bit. Rick provided a lot of welcome advice and tips, and was thorough about what needed to be done and how much it would cost. He was polite, courteous and efficient. He tidied up after the work was completed (even though I told him not to worry about it). I will definitely be calling in the near future to complete other projects that need attention. One final notable mention - I thought the project was going to cost me more than it actually did (by $200.00), thanks to the recommendations by Rick.

I noticed an below ground wasp nest near my vegetable garden and knew that I wouldn't be able to take care of it myself. Having been stung once before, I wasn't willing to take the chance of getting stung, nor was I willing to wait for cooler weather to take of the problem since it was so close to the garden. Derek responded quickly to my voicemail, and showed up at promptly at the agreed time (superfast!) . Discreet, professional, friendly and patient. He provided advice on keeping the dog safe during and after the removal process (which I really appreciated). Thanks Derek!
