Very disappointed with their inspection. They missed a major crack in the master shower which the owners discovered after the inspection. Had company come back to review. Claimed it could happen at anytime. Called tile company to inquire said very unlikely. Company missed a major repair job. And would take zero ownership of the issue. Would never recommend this company.

As I am sure you can imagine, in the limited time that we are given to complete a home inspection, our efforts must be focused on inspecting the major structural components of a home first. Sometimes this means that smaller cosmetic items (cracks in grout, scratches in paint, etc.) are not included in the inspection report.
We take our customer's satisfaction very seriously and would always respond to a concern that is brought to our attention. I can assure you that if a major repair job were required because of a defect that was missed in one of our inspections, we would be very proactive in addressing the issue and would NEVER have taken "zero ownership of the issue".
