We hired Rainfall to do snow removal while we were out of town and they did a great job. They respeced the wooden deck by the front door by blowing the snow away and not damaging the wood with shovels, and all areas including driveway and sidewalk were cleared multiple times of snow and light de-icer spread to insure safety.

Chase is a great person to deal with (and the owner) and mentioned in other reviews, he came by the door as he was doing other homes in the neighborhood. Very competative pricing for all of our windows, made better by excellent work. Highly recommended and will certainly have Property People back for future work.

Project included extensive repair to the back of our home after we had 4 large picture windows replaced, including replacement of wood sheeting that had been damaged by water. Color match is perfect with the rest of the house, and we have had numerous comments from people on the golf course that we back on to, that it is a fantastic job they did! Highly recommended!
