The Waterproofers were enthisastically recommended to me by a work colleague, and I love to work with contractors based on personal recommendations. We had a leaky 30 foot back foundation wall on a 90 year old house dug up and waterproofed. The crew were tidy, friendly and informative. I had every aspect of the work explained to me. They did not disturb anything more than they had too, cleaned up nicely afterward. Most importantly, they were aware of the need for safety precautions, as there is a day care centre beside our house and we share a common walkway. They spoke with the day care workers, put up barriers and made sure no toddlers fell in the hole. Getting a basement waterproofed is one of the least sexy things you can do to your house - you never see the money you spent. But it is vital, and these guys did a great job. I will gladly have them back next year to do another waterproofing job along another wall, before we start sinking money into finished basement renos.
