When we removed floor-to-ceiling mirrors from a living-room wall, we discovered that the remaining drywall was too damaged to be refurbished. After I contacted Thomas, he visited on a weekend -- at the time he said he would -- and got started on replacing the wall (as well as patching up a few other spots around the house) the following Monday -- again, showing up when he said he would.
