Our dealings with Alder Glass has been the worst experience we have had with any business doing work on our home in over 40 years as home owners. The work that was promised was not done satisfactorily. A further attempt to rectify left us with new scratched windows and over 10 hours of our labour to fix the wood frames. Communication was very poor and we felt forced to make four personal visits to the company's office to have our concerns dealt with. We strongly feel this company does not live up to its promise of guaranteed satisfaction.
