Great communications and patience while inquiring. About 1 meter section next to garage was dipping and uneven, MegaCity did an excellent job cutting and replacing the asphalt to a smooth finish. Also arranged sealing, driveway looks good as new now.

Spoke to Tanya, who had service tech 'Chris' out within the hour. Chris was excellent - professional, straight up, no upselling or unnecessary recommendations. Chris was very careful to work around our parked cars while first levelling the tilted double garage door. He replaced the broken cable and adjusted the spring tension, all hardware and the door opener, all the while taking the time to answer my many questions about maintenance and possible replacement. Best part was the pricing matched my conversation with Tanya, and as mentioned, no upselling or nonsense extra charges. I highly recommend Door Doctor!

Just had glass replaced on 3 windows. Alex was very polite, and prompt. 10 year wtty, so hopefully no issues will arise, but so far I can say the glass seems to be excellent qlty, and Alex did a great job. Thumbs up.
