A couple of my Downspout straps came off the wall thus the downspouts swinging around when windy. Looked around for quotes and Michael but only responded promptly, but his quote was very competitive. So I decided to go with Michael and he was great working around my schedule. He showed up on time and did more than I expected. He studied the problems , took his time not in a rush to make a quick buck, and answered all of my questions without hesitations. I would definitely recommend Michael for any types of roofing or gutter/downspout jobs!

Tom and Tom Jr are true professionals from the very first meeting until the last day of work. Tom spent time with myself and the neighbor to explain every details and steps taken to complete the project. He also made sure that I was kept up to date with everything related to the project. The workmanship itself is amazing. They take time in the middle to explain what is being done and why certain things need to be done. This is true professionalism! The finished product is beautiful and the whole neighbourhood is impressed with the work. I love the end product so much so that I have asked Tom and Tom Jr to come back to complete some more gates on the other side of the house. They certainly have a customer for life in me!
