From my first call to Bruce - he was patient in explaining different Carrier models and their pros/cons/price. He provided a quote and a time for the job. Justin (installer) came on time and completed the work and removed old unit for disposal. The only step that was missed --> silicone tape was not applied to the drain plug and it leaked within few hours of install. I called Justin and he walked me through the process of applying silicone tape - now all GOOD.
