firstly, my evening phone inquiry produced an actual human being and not a machine as expected - that was nice! I received a next day appointment with Craig who showed up in the early part of the 2 hour window .. he explained the work required and the cost of the repair .. Craig was personable and professional and answered my questions about the parts/fittings so I could better understand the cause of the leak .. the repair was completed quickly, after which Craig sat down with me and reviewed the work guarantee and introduced me to a 'green' pipe clearing product and gave me information about the DS Service Plan .. I appreciated the no-pressure feel of the presentation .. I would gladly recommend DS Plumbing to family and friends and they will be my go-to plumbers form now on .. 5 stars!
