Found Bill to be very professional and courteous. Promptly showed up same day to discuss tankless hot water heater options. Bill did not try to oversell any products and only recommended models and options that would fit my situation. Bill showed up to do the install when promised, did an excellent quality job of installing and testing the new water heater and left the area very clean ensuring all the packaging and material was removed including the old water heater. I would definitely highly recommend Bill to anyone looking for friendly reliable service for your HVAC needs.
