We hired Rixva Services to deal with an overgrown, sloped area filled with blackberry bushes and weeds. Ricardo offered a solution that was cost-effective (no new retaining wall) and low maintenance, suggesting deep rooted groundcover to secure the slope. He worked long hours to clear the space (including digging up the blackberry roots), trimmed the hedge and trees, brought in new soil and mulch, and planted hundreds of periwinkle plants. He even came up with a solution for keeping the fire hydrant accessible in the space. We are very happy with the work he did and would absolutely hire him again.

As part of the prep work for building a legal suite in our basement, the city required us to pass an electrical inspection for work done by a previous owner without permit. Robert helped us strategize an approach on what needed to be addressed immediately to pass inspection, and what could be dealt with as part of the renovations when the ceilings were down. We appreciated Robert's responsiveness and guidance - and we passed the inspection with no problems!
