An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
Client I have been trying to write a review regarding Richard Cho who did some work for us today. He was outstanding but I could not get the review sight to work after many tries. We just want the company to know what a great employee they have. We were very happy with him and his work. I will never use another company for our services other then Anta Plumbing because of this employee. Richard is overly professional.

We try to find more professional and friendly plumbers, but for some reason it is very hard to find people like that out on the market. So instead of waiting for exceptional plumbers to come to us, we found another way - we create them! We educate them ourselves by putting them back to school, seminars, assigning them to difficult projects and placing the new plumbers with very experienced ones.
