We purchased a L-shaped leather couch from Home Style about 1 year ago. Late December we noticed some peeling on the sofa, we called Home Style and dealt with Sean. Sean was great and ordered the leather to replace the peeling area, but the when the technician came out the leather didn't match and the job couldn't get done. We talked to Sean and Sean took care of all the warranty work between Home Style and Natuzzi. In the end we were called to come out and pick a new leather colour and a new couch was ordered. We didn't have to wait long at all a couple of weeks as they had the same style in stock. They changed the delivery dates a few times, however when their delivery guy got sick, Sean came up after he closed the store and delivered the couch. Dealing with Sean was great. The service that Sean and Home Style offer is second to none. Thanks Sean for everything
