I really appreciated Jamie's professional approach. He called in advance in to let me know when he'd arrive. After arriving he checked out what i needed done (kitchen sink was previously not up to code, downstairs shower faucet needed replacement and en suite bath tub handle needed repairing) gave me a competitive quote and had all of them fixed in no time at all.
