Our basement flooded recently in the evening and we didn't know who to call. I googled plumbers and there came Mr. Rooter. I called and someone picked up immediately. They came to the house in the evening and diagnosed the problem. Our sump pump had broken. The gentleman said that he didn't have the parts but would be there first thing in the morning. And, there he was ... bright and early to fix the problem. He was pleasant and quick and now we have a water free basement. I would definately recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone.
