As part of our bathroom renovations last year PF installed two Corian vanities including Corian undermount sinks. They did a top notch job and the countertops are beautiful. Recently I had additional questions regarding maintenance and cleaning of the product. I called PF and was immediately directed to the Customer Service Manager, who not only listened to my concerns but arranged for a Service Representative to pay a visit. Chris ensured the product was up to standard and gave a detailed explanation of future maintenance. Our living room carpet and upholstery were in need of cleaning and, as this hadn't been done in a while, I didn't have a trusted company to turn to. A couple of friends recommended AmSteam so I thought I would give them a try. From the initial inquiry, to booking and the actual cleaning, AmSteam made it very easy. Christine provided me with a quote, booked my appointment and followed up with a reminder the day previous to my appointment. The technician, Darren, called to say he was on his way and arrived prior to the scheduled time. He viewed the areas to be cleaned, explained how it would be done and ensured each area was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend this company due to their efficiency and respect for my time and property. The great cleaning job not only left my carpets/upholstery looking cleaner - but the whole house smells fresher! The next time my carpets need cleaning I will definitely be getting them back.

Due to some water in our basement, we were anxious to get a plumber to install a back water valve. A few years back we had tried to get a plumber to do the job and no one even wanted to come for an estimate. A neighbor mentioned that they had heard good things about Piper Plumbing, so we decided to give them a call. An appointment was set up for the estimate within 2 days. The quote was provided immediately and the price was reasonable according to what other companies quoted over the phone, some wanted to charge to come for an estimate. Dave indicated they would be able to do the work the following week. All employees were punctual, knowledgeable and respectful of our property. The nature of this project is very messy but they used drop cloths and kept the rest of our house clean. This project requires an inspection by the City, and this was coordinated by Dave so the job was completed within 2 days. We were very satisfied with the work done by this company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing the assistance of a plumber.

We just had Nomad Roofing replace the shingles on our house and attached garage, as well as the eavestroughs, soffit and fascia. The finished job looks great! From the start, Nomad actually took the time to meet with us and explain the quote when they came out to do it. Communication was key as they kept us informed of the status of the project from the delivery of materials right through to the completion. Work site crews were courteous, took pride in their workmanship and always left the work site clean. Once we accepted the quote, the job was scheduled promptly and completed in a timely manner. We initially contacted Nomad on a referral by a friend and were very pleased to have received the same great service.
