Although Compact Roof Works was not the lowest quote to re-shingle our roof, out of all the contractors who gave estimates Ryan Borkowskyi owner operator of the company impressed me the most. He is a very young man but don’t let his age fool you he is a most astute business man. The original estimate that Ryan quoted was more than we could possibly afford,and because, I really liked this young man I wanted him to do the work on our home, so, I called him to discuss a less expensive alternative. Ryan proved to be extremely resourceful and came up with a less expensive option that in no way compromised the quality of the project. On Thursday June 18, 2015 the material was delivered. The following morning Jun 19, the disposal bin arrived, followed by Ryan and his 2 man crew at about 8:30 am. They just went to work stripped and re-shingled our roof and had cleaned up all debris by 4:30 pm. Thank you Ryan and also your crew for being so friendly and courteous it was a pleasure doing business with you and I will most certainly recommend you to anyone who asks.
