We recently bought an older house and are slowly replacing all the plumbing in the house. I wanted to get an upgrade done to the line into the house and the laundry room and was lucky enough to find Jason to help out. He came in and did a very detailed estimate and described everything that needed to be done. When the project started he was always on time and go things done in a very efficient fashion. While he was here he noticed some of the older gas fittings were leaking and repaired that along with finding that a leak in our gas fireplace wasn't as bad as we were lead to believe and fixed it for us right away. I will certainly be looking to use Northern Spirit again for the rest of the plumbing work in our house! Thanks Jason!

We had Tyee replace all our windows (12) and sliding doors (2). The windows are very nice and the installers did a quick job finishing everything in one day. After install we noticed a "wrinkle" in the glass and followed up. Within a week we had someone on site to replace the defective window unit. Great service and the price was almost 1/2 of any other window replacement company.

Great service. They were very good at communicating service appointment time and trying to reschedule if a better time came available. The technician was really good at explaining the issues found and creating the quote for the service with multiple options.
