I recently switched security monitoring companies (from ADT) as they could not accommodate changes that I wanted and I felt they were charging too much for their monitoring. I contacted a few companies and RedFlag was one of the first to respond, the most attentive to my needs, and more than competitively priced. The technicians that came to the house were very courteous and knowledgeable. One technician in particular responded above and beyond expectations when he was called upon to repair some of the aged original equipment.
