Windows and doors are very good quality. The installer was very good. The Scarborough show room is excellent. Good advise and help there. Customer service from head office is really POOR. Original install was not started as agreed for some reason. Cant remember why. It started 3 months later. You will never get a call to check on your job satisfaction. You will need to chase them and leave messages and wait for unacceptable periods for returned calls and service calls. I had front door seal making a loud noise when closing. I knew there would be a problem as I was not able to be there for the service. Not fixed well. No call to confirm that I was satisfied with the fix. I will have to call yet again and maybe in 4-6 weeks we'll finally get this fixed. Its been a year since original install. I have $3000. - $6000. more work to be done and will NOT use Brock as they clearly dont care to earn the business through customer service and following up.
