We got Topflight to replace our aged gutters because they did excellent for my neghboour before. Lindi, a very knowledgeable sale had patiently explain to us the pro and con of different options when had came over to do the estimate. They even tell us some potential issue with our roof that we will need to pay attention in the future. Unlike some of the contractor we had delt with in the past, their attention to detail is beyond our expectation and they clean up everything after the work had completed. We are truly appreciate their work and we definitely recommend them for any future works.

I had number of quotations from $4K to $9K before I had chosen City Roofing. The decision was mainly due to the price but the owner Peter was also giving me the confident as he was able to clearly explained to me how things was going to be done and patiently letting me know all the options available so I can choose the right product most suitable for my need and my bottom line ($). One thing out of my expectation was his post-sales service was a lot better than what I had expected as only the company who quoted me $9K can promise me the next day service in case if there is any issue after installation. One time I had some concern with how the water flow within my old gutters after the new roof installation, Peter at least able to come in and take a look next day and letting me know what need to be done and come in and help us out in a very reasonable timeline. Indeed, City Roofing had install many of roofs in my neighborhood and I had never heard of any complaint so far.
