I am throughly unimpressed and extremely disappointed with the service I received from Amazon. The service there is completely unprofessional. Everything from the attitude and the attention level to the manner in which they speak to customers. My order was delayed on three separate occasions and after several attempts and pleas for information my calls were not returned. After I myself contacted the manufacturer, there was still no call from Amazon to confirm my order. I can find nothing good to say about the experience I had with Amazon and would not recommend them at all.
