Steve provided a comprehensive inspection of a cottage that we eventually bought up on Indian Arm. He was willing to travel by boat to do the work and encouraged me to accompany him on the inspection. The report turned up some serious deficiencies which helped us renegotiate the price. Also Steve is a WETT Inspector. Our insurance company required that the wood burning stove be WETT certified. Prompt service, helpful report.
