Upon arrival, Shawn did not get to business write away. He spent about 45 minutes reciting details about air quality in general that I did not need to know. Given that my house was of small size, I assume he did this to fill up the minimum 2 hours that are part of his initial $400 assessment. To be fair, I suppose his information was informative, but that is not the reason for which I called. I found some of his advice not to be very helpful. For example, that I should have the carpets cleaned yearly or have them replaced completely. My home ended up having a mould problem. Before calling for my assessment, I had done some extensive research on mould. It did not appear that Shawn had as much details as I did. I will give Shawn a 6 out of 10, but it comes no where near that 10s that I see he has been getting on this particular site. After his assessment of my house, he did not mention this site at all and had never asked me to leave positive feedback. Based on that, I question the authenticity of all of the positive reviews on this site.
