Great customer service from start to finish. They provided a quote quickly and over the weekend, working with my schedule. Scheduling of service was also flexible and happened within our desired timeline. Recommendations on paint colours were very helpful and we are really pleased with the result. The work was well done - transformed the look of the house. Really great experience.

Installation went well and price is competitive with industry standards, but customer service since installation has been less than satisfactory. The call center has been rude to us a number of times when calling about a disturbance, and twice put us on hold for extended periods of time despite us mentioning that the call was regarding a disturbance. This is a safety issue.

We contracted Stirling for a home inspection at the recommendation of our realtor to inspect an older home we were considering purchasing. From our experience, he is an excellent home inspector and a really nice guy. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why at each step of the inspection, and more importantly, pointed out some key issues with the house that were very concerning. He was thorough, timely and provided a highly detailed report. We would use him again without hesitation. H&G.
