I hired MAXgreen for a second time - this time to replace some old/broken windows on the second floor of my home. I chose to work with MAXgreen after successfully doing a patio door replacement with them a few months ago. I saw that their work and materials were both extremely high quality, and that they pay incredible attention to detail making sure that the installation is long-lasting and perfect. When the workers came back for the windows, they noticed a separation in the moulding on the patio door and fixed that as well. Overall, very happy with MAXgreen!

After getting several quotes, I hired Bilal to do some repairs to an old sprinkler system that was installed at the house I purchased last year, but that apparently had not been used in a while. I chose Bilal over the other service providers because he was extremely transparent with his pricing, and took the time to explain the work that needed to be done and the potential diagnosis work. He was very knowledgable and walked me through all of the options, and he kept me in the loop as to exactly what he was doing at every step to diagnose the system. He was open to installing a particular Skydrop WiFi controller, did so with ease and helped me to get it set up perfectly. He was very methodical about getting the zones running again and making sure all the heads and nozzles were the right ones to optimize coverage. Lastly, his communication was flawless and he was always responsive whenever I had any questions. I would highly recommend Bilal @ Springrock Irrigation.

I have to say, Bryan was an absolute dream to work with. His service wasn't cheap, but it wasn't unreasonable and honestly I would have him help me again in a heart beat. I tore up some carpet in my basement in prep for a new carpet install and after a rainfall notices some water on the concrete. I contacted Bryan and within an hour he responded to me. He was here the next day to take a look and he was very open and honest about what he thought the problem might be - it was hard to tell because the basement walls are finished. When he came literally the day after to do the work he was very methodical in his diagnosis, and took every step to minimize the damage and explain what he was doing at every turn. He was professional, courteous, sympathetic and frankly more than I could ever have expected. After making the fix, he tested it and told me to test it the following day - the repair was flawless and I would wire him back in a heartbeat -- though hopefully I don't have to! He also noticed a small crack that was not obviously leaking but that he filled anyway for me, knowing that I'd be putting up drywall again and looking at the problem from my perspective. Brenton was fantastic, very thorough and I love that he spent the time with me to explain the issues. He was very open to me asking questions and generated the report promptly.
