I changed to Canadian Security from my previous provider. It came to me with good reviews from others who used them. The sales pitch was fine. The installation went fine, however there are things that were never explained to me. I want to add a new code for someone else to use and cannot figure out how to do that. I will not spend for another service call for the worker to come out. I wish the provided more follow up service. There has also been some kind of confusion with Reliant the monitoring company. I had paid up full for a year to Canadian Security Professional but for some reason Reliant has not received that payment. Now I have not heard back recently so I am assuming that it has been worked out.
