Ben and Brenden did a great job with my backyard fence. Very happy with the finished product. They are also very well spoken and polite-a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.
Overcharged for service rendered
My master bedroom fuse blew because of an incorrectly installed ceiling light. I let Ismail knew when I called and asked him the estimated cost. He told me $189. When he arrived he counted every outlet that was connected to that breaker as separate devices and said I had 6 or more devices so the charge would be $249 plus $100 just for answering the call. It turned out that the ceiling light was indeed the source and once corrected the circuit was restored. He did not have to check ANYTHING ELSE! I am amazed at how much he charged but at that point I had no option. I will never seek his services again-simple dishonesty.
We had a worst experience to deal with this person we always try our best to avoid these kind of situations , we must say to other contractors think twice before serving this person.
It is really surprising how people can twist the story for few dollars to make others look bad , she was fully aware about the service dispatch fee $100 to show up to your door not for just answer your phone , no body is that generous to pay $100 for just answering the phone call . $189 was also quoted over the phone to troubleshoot and fix your electrical problem based on your information provided . After arriving at your house our Licensed electrician founded many things were not working which you didn't mention during your phone conversation. He didn't charge you $249 but just added $11 dollars to original quote from $189 and charged you $200 diagnosis and repair charges. Just $11 dollars is that your big concern even though you had signed and agreed upfront before work started. As soon as the power got restored you have turned around and started given hard time to our electrician who was working after hours late evening at your house .
We appreciate our thousands of happy clients who loves our service but once in blue moon we come across this kind of situation when we couldn't do much to make them happy special when someone don't even willing to cooperate.
I recently had my basement renovated and my whole house would be instantly covered with a layer of dust soon after I had cleaned it. I had Ihsan and his team come over to do the duct cleaning and AC vent cleaning. They arrived on time and were very polite and respectful. Ihsan took the time to explain the process to me patiently. I contacted Abraham after reading his reviews on Homestars. It was late Saturday evening and did not really expect him to pick up the phone but he did! He scheduled a day to come home and give me an estimate right away. Abraham arrived promptly and showed me numerous samples. I had originally planned to install a runner. Happy with the choice, I confirmed a date for installation. However, 2 days before the scheduled date, I realized the stairs very in really bad shape and needed to be carpeted fully than have a runner. I called Abraham and as usual he answered the call promptly. He was accommodating and agreed to install the carpet rather than the runner. The carpet was installed yesterday and it looks beautiful. It feels so soft and luxurious on the feet . I am extremely happy. Thank You Abraham.

Renovation of basement laundry room and family room
I had hired another contractor to renovate my basement who after 1 month of working sporadically finished only 50% of the work took all the money and stopped coming or responding to my calls. After 2 months of waiting, I hired Matt to complete the job. From the start, I could see how respectful, honest and polite he was. Matt and his team found a number of issues with the previous contractor's work and rectified them as best as he could. The work was finished promptly. Matt never complained when he had to make trips to Home Depot. The work was finished earlier than the estimated time and I am extremely happy. He gave me back my home after living for 4 months in dust and dirt. I would highly recommend Matt to anyone with no hesitation. Thank You Matt for everything.

My daughter got her living room furniture from Vish and it is beautiful. So when I needed a sectional for my basement I did not search anywhere else. Vish came home, gave guidance on the type and size I would need and we placed the order right away. He later had doubts about it fitting through the basement stairs so came all the way again to take measurements and needed to modify the design a bit. I can't wait to see how it is going to look. I had water leaking from the electrical outlet in the basement 3 years back and I had contracted another company to rectify this problem. last month, after the heavy rains my basement was flooded again with water pouring in from the same area. Andrew from Aquatech had done some work for me 2 years back and I was extremely happy with their work and work ethic so I contacted him again this time. Andrew was very accomodating about my special needs since the AC needed to be disconnected to do the job and I had my grand baby living with me. Andrew's crew came in yesterday and did a wonderful job again. I especially want to mention Igor.O who was very curteous and went above and beyond his job. He moved a couple of cement tiles (very heavy) for me at my request and that was definately not part of his job. I would most definately recommend Andrew and his crew.

I hired Brent to waterproof my laundry room in September 2012. There was a crack under the hydro inlet and water was pouring in from that. They offer a 15 year warranty on their work. Less than 3 years later the same problem has returned. I am still waiting for resolution. I will update my review according to how this ends.
