Michael was professional when performing the home inspection. He was punctual, informative, thorough with his investigation and answered all my questions. I wasn't sure whether I would need a home inspector for my new development as I thought I would be able to notice all the deficiencies myself. To my surprise, there were many things that Michael had picked up that I never even thought would be a building code issue even through a known developer. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone that is looking to purchase a new home as he has over 20 years of experience in this field of work. I would definitely use 4Sight Inspections for any home inspections in the future.

Thank you A. It is incredible what can be missed (and sometimes not checked) by city inspectors. A good home inspector will look for defects. A great home inspector will look for defects and know the building codes that need to be followed. I have found so many issues related to building codes over the years.
