Nick and his crew were wonderful. They were recommended by a neighbour who was very happy with their work. Other neighbours, who had never met them before, spontaneously commented on how nice they all were. I have a large flat roof that was covered in some kind of tar and pebbles. I thought it would be very difficult to find someone to do the work - especially since my house is so inaccessible (very close to houses on both sides - we are talking a couple of feet on one side and a few inches on the other). Well, this crew was ingenious at taking stuff off the roof (e.g. 200 large bags of pebbles). They took everything off, right down to the rafters. They sealed it up every night, just in case it rained. They had a pulley system for getting materials up to the roof – fascinating. Nick took pictures of everything and welcomed my curiosity, encouraged me to ask questions and whether in person, by email or phone, he responded quickly and courteously. This man answers his phone!!! They all showed up on time, worked very hard and very long hours. Nick showed me what needed to be done and gave me options. He would explain why one option was better than another – and it was always my decision which option to go with. They behaved respectfully and were never intrusive. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were very conscientious, thoroughly cleaned everything up and took all the garbage away promptly. Nick and his crew clearly take pride in their work. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the level of expertise they bring to the job. I highly recommend them. In fact, I have already recommended them to one of my best friends. I told him to call them right away because they are the best and they will be very busy.
