During installation we noticed that King Fence installed posts from a wrong design of a fence, which King Fence claimed to be a mistake of the manufacturer who sent the wrong materials, at which point King Fence left half of the fence unfinished. After we agreed the acceptable change in design, King Fence agreed to come back in a week to finish the work. Now, it has been four weeks since we spoke. They are not returning our calls.

Adrian, our sales guy, was very attentive to all our requests and came up with a pretty good project for our patio. The construction team was very fast with a lot of people and equipment on site, which meant that the whole project was completed in two days. Very impressive! Although generally, the work quality was pretty good, some of the stonework was not as even as it should have been; the joints were filled with sand in a rush (the downside of fast work), so we had to fill the remaining gaps ourselves the following day. Adrian had a follow-up visit to check on work after it was completed, and was also there to look over the rework we wanted done.
