The team moved my STTNG Pinball Machine from my garage into the basement navigating a tight 90 degree turn in the basement stairs. As always they were on time, efficient and very professional. I highly recommend Impact Zone for anything that you need moved.

Hired to scrape and reapply popcorn ceiling texture. Lyndon refused to wait for additional help on the day of the job and thus did not cover or move the furniture under the work area. He also failed to complete 50% of the work on his first visit as he had printed the incomplete work order. He was required to return to clean up the mess left from his original failure to cover and move the furniture in the work area. He failed to allow sufficient time for the stain blocker paint to dry resulting in the water stains bleeding through the new ceiling texture. Overall with proper supervision I believe that he could complete the work. Unfortunately, the proper supervision was not available on this job site and the work will all need to be completed again by a different qualified contractor.

As this was an insurance repair we made the mistake of going with one of the lower quotes provided by Hanson Hardwood. Hason from Hason Hardwood was retained by Rainbow international to sand and refinish over 1500 sq. ft. of oak hardwood in my home. He was only able to meet for 15 min at 7am to discuss the stain and finish options. Examples of his work were not provided. His crew was caught trying to use my garbage bins when the contract included an amount for garbage disposal. The chemicals used set off our CO2 detector that could not be silenced for 3 days due to access issues once the finish was applied. A licensed 3rd party hardwood inspector was required to confirm that the work completed although adequate was not of a high standard. Bottom line I do not recommend this contractor to anyone as he has a complete disregard for the client once the contract has been awarded.
