A little over 2 years ago we purchased a new home from Losani. The initial visits with the sales centre were great, until we signed the contract. Once the contract was signed it went sownhill from there. The sales rep was suddenly hard to get a hold of, Losani forgot to add standard items in our house, our house got flooded before they finished the outside, etc... We notified them of the items they forgot to build in our house and they pretended they had no idea what I was talking about. I had to go to the sales centre with the original plans and clearly show what they missed. As we were moving in, the shower doors were not yet installed. We had to wait 2 weeks to use our ensuite shower. Then it had to be completely replaced 3 times. Our stairs looked like they were done by a 2 year old. When they came back to fix them they put the wrong type of stain and it all peeled up. Whe I informed them they told me it was from my dog??? Finally after threatening to go to Tarion they were properly repaired. I am still waiting for some of my grass to be fixed from the dead grass they installed. Overall I was sadly disappointed. I went with Losani because of the great reputation they had, I was wrong. In speaking to several of my neighbours the feeling seems to be consistant.

My husbad and I saw this company at a home show. We thought it would be interesting to get an estimate to organize out closet. Robert [last name removed--Ed] came out to our house, took measurements, sat down with us and amazed us. The product was beautiful and a great price. Next thing I knew we were signing a contract to have him come back to install the closet design we had chosen. The selection was great, the timeline were right on, and the installation was fast and fantastic. We are alreay starting to think about the next project for him to do!!
