I was having some technical difficulties with my computer and Richard fixed the problem for me. He’s a professional and does his job well. Of course, I always think the prices of services should be lower so there’s that. Also, it’s hard to tell if your computer is fixed 100%, which is why I give 8/10. Overall he’s good and I’d recommend him.
