We sat down with this builder and gave him general ideas on what we would want our home to be like. He came up with a custom design for a 4,000 sq ft raised bungalow that met every one of our needs and was unique. Construction was flawless and on schedule. There were no overruns. Every employee, from the design, decorating and construction foreman were outstanding. Negotiations re price and design were pleasurable.

Move itself was OK, but the salesman had promised that when our furniture went into storage it would not be unloaded, but would be kept in the original cube. They moved it out of the cube and then reloaded onto 2 trucks for final delivery which of course caused some minor damage.
