The gentleman who did my install was prompt, laid down carpet so my floors didn't get dirty, was quick and efficient and the install looks to be top notch. He took me through the system's functionality and took time to answer any questions I had. Couldn't ask for much more.

We got Andy's number through a friend's recommendation, to do a large renovation to the basement of our bungalow (moving load-bearing walls and adding new support, pouring new concrete, plumbing, electrical, drywall, finishes, etc) and couldn't be happier overall with the service we got. Andy really went the extra mile on numerous occasions to make sure we were happy with his team's work. Our project had a few hiccups along the way, including a massive water leak in our foundation, so it took longer than we had anticipated to complete - but Andy stuck with us and made sure the job was done properly, including doing patchwork and waterproofing on our foundation in the middle of January. Andy managed numerous trades for us, but every time we dealt with a member of his team (especially Michel and Billy), they were always great - happy to answer any of our questions. Andy is always flexible with his time and willing to answer any questions as well. We would recommend his services in a heartbeat and will definitely be calling him again in the future.
