We had a terrible experience with this store for Customer service. We didn't rerally get the item we wanted, and when you try to return the item, all that you get are alot of hassles from the service staff including the management. Won't go to this store again.

We are very pleased with the Coyote Spa we purchased from Arctic Spas. Everyone in the showroom was great ot deal with and the spa we purchased is excellent quality. I recommend it to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a spa.
