This was the first store that I went into when I started looking for tiles because it is very close to my house. So at first, I thought the selection was ok and the prices seemed great. But when I asked for a couple of samples so that I could see them in my home's light and match them to my hardwood, they charged me through the nose!!! $35 for 2 pieces of tile - that I can not return!!! After being in many other tile stores afterwards, I realize how ridiculous that is. They must be trying to make their money that way because dealing with their sales people is painful. I don't ever want to step foot in there again!!!! I dealt with Sam and Ludja and they are both rude, judgemental and would do anything to make a buck. I don't feel they have any sense of honesty. Many other tile stores have tiles in the same price range, are set up nicer, and have much better sales people! Plus any other store I've dealt with, will take returns easily and give free samples!

I found everyone at the tile depot friendly and helpful! I went in looking for tiles for my entrance way, laundry room, and two washrooms. I walked out with complimentary samples to match to my hardwood floors and I went back and purchased most of my tiles for this project. They were helpful in suggesting grout colours, any tiles that were not in stock came in quickly, and when I needed to return any tiles, it was easy!!!
