When I purchased my new front door, I had no idea what was involved. The different types of glass, door types but my sales rep, Michael, made everything very easy and straight forward. When the day of installation came, the installer's truck pulled up and a very friendly and helpful person, John, introduced himself to me. John was very professional and when the job was completed, I was very happy with the workmanship. I know that it took a few extra weeks, but in the grand scheme of things, I am glad I waited.
