He installed new flooring in our powder room and rear entrance hallway and also installed a new built-in vanity in the powder room after he had removed the old flooring and old vanity. Francis Home Environment has been so great. We have a platinum membership, so they come every year to check our furnace and air conditioning. We’ve been with them several years and we had one incident where our furnace went out on us. They came in just 35 minutes, brought heaters with them and were able to fix the problem. They also changed our whole unit when the thermostat wasn’t working and we didn’t have to pay extra because of our membership. Price-wise they are in line with their competitors. We have no complaints at all. They are really great all-around.
