worst appraisal company ever. David Kim waited till the very last moment to give finally give the appraisal to the lendor. And this is after charging a "emergency" quick fee and some other chargers that were never explained. On top of that the appraisal came below the value of the house which does not totally make sense since a 500sqf house just three houses down with a miniscule lot compared to mines worth comes about only 30k which is totally not reasonable.
