SUPER JOB Both Dan & Mike were very efficient & knowledgeable on what was to be done & they were very patient in explaining what how everything worked. Someone from Francis Home Environment Expert comes once a year to service my furnace. It’s usually a different person each time. They’re fine. I don’t have any problems with them. I pay them a monthly fee and it seems pretty fair. I’m satisfied overall with their services.
