We decided to convert our main floor F.P. to an enclosed insert and replace our old Valor unit downstairs. Mike Nickle came out and assessed our needs & wants then provided a quote that we accepted. The crew arrived about 1 1/2 weeks later and cleaned the chimney and fireplaces. The fellows doing the install were very respectful of our property and us. The installation process was very professional and tidy. The finished product really accented our front room nicely as well as our family room. The big bonus, no more heat loss up the chimney, yahoo.

We visited the site carrying the various styles of granite colors and their points of origin. Our selection was the perfect choice and the team at Crown did justice to prepping, preserving and contouring the slate. We couldn't be more pleased.

We wanted an awesome looking backsplash to compliment our new cabinets and slate counter-top. Boy were we impressed with the finished look of the product we chose. Rob our installer was excellent and a man on a mission to do it right the first time.

Right from our first meeting with Dave Turcotte and his precise measurements visit we were assured of a caring perfect project. Dave went over and above by offering to dismantle our old kitchen cabinets and then filling in holes and torn away gyproc on the walls. Then came the delivery of the new cabinets bright and early on Friday, September 11, 2015. All arrived very well packaged and secure. Stan the installer arrived Monday, September 14. 2015 and breezed through the process of unpacking the new cabinets, stacking the wrapping to remove on his departure, arranging the order he was going to start his installing and away he went. He was very meticulous and careful in his handling and mounting the cabinets. Wednesday, September 16, 2015 Stan completed the install and gave us a renewed look to our kitchen. We couldn't be more pleased with the completed look and functionality of the cabinets and drawers. Rob, project manager, came by today to follow up on installation and inquire if there was any damage and so on. We had a kitchen window & a back landing window,(wood framed), replaced last year by Western Windows which solved our cold air leakage problems with the new Dbl Low E windows. To complete our window upgrade we had Western Windows remove our remaining 2 wood framed windows, (a few weeks ago), and install new Dbl Low E windows and repair an improper install on our master bdrm window, not a Western Window. The windows look great and address all previous cold air leaks. The installers were here promptly at the arranged time and were very professional and courteous start to finish. Upon completion no signs of debris inside or outside. Well done to both crews. We feel and will continue to feel comfortable in our home with these upgraded windows.
