The roof only lasted 8 years and I was rest assured that I would get 20 years out of it. For the past 3 years I have picked up shingles from the ground that have blew off. I called the company and they said they moved and nothing they can do. I just had it re-done and the contractor said it was a poorly installed roof along with bad material superior roofing used. Make sure you look into what this contractor uses
