Multiview will do your public (Ontario One Call) and private locates. They sometimes take a long time to arrive to your location, but when they do, most of the staff do a good job. The problem is that they charge a 4 hour minimum.

Steve from Compact works was genuinely helpful and relatively inexpensive. His work is professional and complete. I would not even think twice about hiring Compact Works to do more work for me in the future.
