We were very happy with our experience at End of the Roll. They had great advice on what type of carpet would suit our needs. We ended up getting a wonderful product at a great price. The installation crew was efficient and did a great job. They even went above and beyond and fixed a corner of our carpet downstairs (which wasn't part of the job).
Keith was wonderful to deal with. His videos of our roof before and after the project were completed were so helpful. It was really nice to be able to see the work his crew had done without having to climb up on our roof! The crew called to warn us they were coming and finished the job very quickly. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves too.

End of the roll made the process of re-carpeting our main and upper floors easy! We got great feedback on what type of carpet would work best for us in the showroom. The installation team came out to give us a quote in advance. When the quote was more than we expected they offered to re-quote (turns out we had just underestimated the area our carpet covers). When it came to the actual installations they were friendly, quick and efficient.
Les form Pillar to Post was very friendly. He was very thorough, and explained everything to us as he went through the home. He spent three hours inspecting the home, and at the end gave us a detailed report, complete with pictures and description of everything that will need repair now and in the future. He also gave us a guide to maintaining our home and coupons. Highly recommended!
