Our building, in Calgary, is currently deciding whether or not to sue Bucci for poor workmanship and for not honoring new home warranty. They seemed to cut corners whenever possible. As a result, things in our building are breaking and our condo fees are rising. While we would like to sue Bucci, it will cost too much in legal fees and result in condo fees rising even more, so we're stuck. They developed a similar building to ours down the street which they used to show potential buyers, but when they built ours they cut corners, such as lack of landscaping in the courtyard, doors that don't close properly, faucets that aren't really stainless steel (they painted copper faucets silver).
