Our newly installed toilet leaked (wetness in downstairs ceiling) during flushing. We got an appointment within 3 days of the event. Adam arrived on time, got our input, did a cursory inspection, and proceeded as he saw fit. His work was excellent, timely, and clean (both during and after).
